Rally
What is Rally?
Rally is an obedience based dog sport that is centred around a course which you and your dog navigate, completing the necessary exercises indicated on the signs.
Following the course is a fun way to practise obedience with goals and aims in mind to give you something to work towards. It can be done just for fun as part of a training group or anywhere where you have flat space to lay out the signs, or you can choose to compete either at in-person Kennel Club events, or remotely through Rally Online.
It is a fantastic team-building sport to develop a solid working and training relationship with your dog, but it is also fun and adds a small element of challenge so that your dog enjoys training more. Rally is suitable for dogs of all ages and concessions for older dogs and dogs with mobility issues can be made during classes. We can also support mobility impaired handlers to try Rally. A monthly skill building and practise session suitable for beginners to the sport
